First Subscription Report
There are 9,075 bookmarks and 308 first-time subscriptions, resulting in a subscription-to-bookmark ratio of 30:1. While this is barely acceptable, it still falls far short of expectations. I’m not sure if the fault lies in my writing, if readers are stockpiling chapters, or if they’ve turned to pirated copies. Nevertheless, I wish to express my sincere gratitude to every reader who subscribes legally, offers rewards, or votes for the book.
As for future updates, barring any unforeseen circumstances, I will ensure two chapters a day (each chapter over 2,000 words). I’m not a full-time writer, and my writing speed is only about 1,500–2,000 words per hour. It’s simply impossible for me to update three or even four chapters daily like those who write full-time.
Regarding the matter of stockpiling chapters, I understand that my slow update pace may lead many readers to do so. Still, I earnestly ask that you consider subscribing every week, every two weeks, or at least once a month. If the average and continuing subscription data keeps declining, and no one subscribes to my work, the lack of income will inevitably erode my confidence and passion for writing. This would make it difficult to guarantee both the speed and quality of updates, and it’s entirely possible that, over time, the book may be abandoned altogether...
Once again, thank you all for your understanding and support, and thanks to everyone who has subscribed, offered rewards, or voted!
