Chapter 119: On Christmas Eve, All I Wish For Is Peace
Late at night, a car stopped by the roadside, swaying gently, occasionally letting out strange sounds that frightened many of the small animals nearby. After a long while, it suddenly started up again and slowly drove away from the scene.
On the way back, Kendall was as delicate and gentle as flowing water. She refused to sit in her own seat and instead chose to perch on Li Lekang’s lap, resting her head against his chest, savoring the exquisite moments they had just shared. The driver steadily guided the car back to the Saints Estate.
Li Lekang got out and swept her up in a princess carry, bringing her into this mysterious sanctuary. The night seemed far from over, and the couple’s laughter and joy continued unabated.
The next day, well into the morning, Li Lekang awoke from a disheveled slumber. Stretching lazily, he went to the bathroom, and upon returning, he saw through the silk sheets a long, pristine leg stretched out languidly. Sunlight streamed through the curtains, making that white leg seem to glow—a sight that for any man was the perfect aphrodisiac. He pounced.
“Ah, no!” came Kendall’s coquettish protest, just waking.
After last night’s uninhibited intimacy, Li Lekang was willing to call it a year of leg worship. Though a bit pitiful for the bear, the supermodel’s physique was impeccably maintained. Her frequent workouts had sculpted a tight, alluring waistline that was a delight to behold.
She was passionate and uninhibited, and under Li Lekang’s unfathomable transformation magic, she was utterly irresistible—an endless source of intrigue and delight.
Kendall seemed to understand his preferences well. Smiling, she turned over, clamping her waist around him, gazing deeply into his eyes. “I don’t want to eat or get up now. I just want to be with you!”
“Feed each other with saliva?” Li Lekang teased, snuggling closer.
He was starting to spout gross things, a trap no newly-involved couple could escape. Not wanting to taint anyone’s imagination, he promptly erased that thought from his mind.
When the time came to wake fully, the maid had already prepared their clothes. Kendall wore a Dior dress, praising his taste—though it was actually the prioress who had sent someone early that morning to have it tailored and purchased.
Who loved him most, one might ask? Perhaps these devout young women, head over heels with their faith, were his greatest admirers. But Li Lekang was their Father, and for now, he had no intention of indulging in anything less than pious.
After all, these were nuns who had vowed chastity for five or six consecutive years... Li Lekang felt his thoughts growing dangerously wild and quickly ate something to distract himself.
He then took Kendall on a tour of the house and a stroll through the garden.
Even for someone like Kendall, who owned a grand mansion herself and whose family and sisters were even more extravagant, she couldn’t help but envy Li Lekang’s estate in Beverly Hills.
While most called their homes “houses,” his was truly a palace. After a brief tour, she turned to him seriously and asked, “Darling, is your other identity Batman?”
“Ah?”
“Hahaha!” Li Lekang laughed heartily, then teased her, “Secrets aren’t just told—they’re discovered bit by bit, and that’s what makes it rewarding!”
“I already discovered a bit last night,” she said, wrapping her arms around his neck, “and I think I’ve fallen in love.”
Li Lekang spun her around in his arms, unsure if this was good or bad.
To be honest, he had only wanted to test drive a supercar at first.
But knowing how straightforward Westerners were with their feelings—intense love one day, decisive breakups the next—he was sure it wouldn’t affect his dominion over the forest.
With that thought, he felt at ease.
...
Li Lekang’s life had taken on a bit of a young playboy’s flair.
He had picked up a supermodel, and on holidays, they spent their days either cycling, jogging with the dog, or occasionally yachting. Kendall loved the sea and wore a different bikini every day, steadily eroding his resistance.
Li Lekang now understood why the likes of Odom and Harden had fallen short; even the relatively normal Kardashian clan was no ordinary challenge to endure!
Fortunately, Li Lekang was no ordinary man. The hellish elixirs he had spent a fortune on had been continuously strengthening his body. Coupled with his unparalleled magic—shape-shifting, surface tempering, electrification—he was practically invincible.
He could confidently say that no Kardashian could withstand an electromagnetic cannon’s barrage—that was the terrifying power of a transcendent being!
Recently, Kendall adored him to death, wanting to cling to him 24/7. She didn’t even want to attend the Kardashian family Christmas party but was happy to accompany her boyfriend and his sister to pick out Christmas gifts.
Though Chloe didn’t resemble his sister, Li Lekang had publicly declared on TV that Judy was his godmother, so in terms of family ties, it was fitting.
Kendall’s affection extended to this lively, adorable girl. She taught Chloe the supermodel’s art of dressing stylishly, paying attention to subtle details and unexpected accents.
Under Kendall’s tutelage, Chloe transformed from a sweet high school girl into a sultry metropolitan vixen.
So, when the trio went shopping, paparazzi relentlessly snapped their photos—until the Saints intervened behind the scenes, negotiating with the press, which then toned down their behavior.
Their negotiations were efficient and casual, albeit inadvertently revealing their weapons and the car full of handcuffs and sacks. After that, the paparazzi wisely maintained a respectful social distance.
Now, Li Lekang’s outings were much easier. There were still photographers, but nothing excessive, just distant documentation—something beyond his control.
In a Beverly Hills gift shop, Chloe had chosen her present, while Kendall was on the phone. After missing many family events, Sister Jin had finally called her out.
“I know, I’ll be there. But if Lekang doesn’t come—oh, I’m not hiding him on purpose, he wants to spend time with his family too...” Kendall explained beside her.
The truth was, she simply didn’t want to bring her boyfriend to meet her other sisters. She had a strange, absurd feeling: once her sisters discovered how amazing Li Lekang was, they might not be able to control themselves!
Though the thought was ridiculous, Kendall felt a possessive greed. She wasn’t willing to let anyone else taint this beautiful gift.
After hanging up, she immediately came over to explain to Li Lekang: “Baby, I have to spend Christmas Eve with my family, but I promise I’ll come to you afterward. I won’t miss it!”
“No, no! Shouldn’t you be with your family?” Li Lekang refused. He had promised Judy he’d go to her home and didn’t want Kendall there—if she came, it would be fireworks all night.
On normal days, it was one thing, but on Christmas Eve, he wanted peace.
Kendall pouted, grabbed his hand, and began to act pitiful.
Li Lekang couldn’t resist the tactic but still tried to break free. “Come on, baby, everyone knows we spend over 20 hours a day together. Can’t we skip just one Christmas Eve?”
“I probably can’t last a whole day!” she whined.
“Don’t say that in front of minors,” Li Lekang sighed.
She continued batting her eyes with longing.
He surrendered. “Fine, fine. We’ll make up for it later. Just wait, I’ll wear you out, you little temptress!”
Kendall beamed. “I’ll die exhausted in your arms! Murderer!”
“Pfft!”
Chloe, the underage beauty, finally burst out laughing.
The adult world was truly terrifying!
